ugh i need some motivation to get back to exercising..

Mixed field greens with fresh veggies and tofu chicken. Yummy + healthy lunch.

truth is,

you gotta take care of your body. eat healthy, exercise often. you’ll see that it’s not really that awful and you can do it. i’m not doing this to lose weight, i’m doing this to tone up a little and to be good to my body. i honestly feel so great now. i don’t exercise every single day, and sure, i treat myself to junk food once in a while. but i feel so happy with myself now. you’ve got one body, be good to it. :)
